Ms. Vijayalakshmi : Head - Corporate Strategy
Highly skilled executive with over 18 years of experience in finance and strategy. She has wide experience in managing profit centers, directing and motivating teams. Her experience involves providing strategic consultation and assistance to senior management on strategies, financial issues, business proposals, policies and practices affecting the organization. Her Leadership strengths include strategic business planning and executing projects / programs for all phases of the business life cycle (startup, expansion, contraction, turnaround, reengineering). She is a Business analyst skilled in assessing company business position, equipping organization with tools for turnaround and growth, and developing benchmarks to measure performance. Select accomplishments have been supervision of the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley program at 20 Visteon facilities in the Asia Pacific Region and finance functions in Europe to ensure a flawless launch and facilitated cost reductions strategy in one of the strategic business unit resulting in reduction of overhead costs from US$ 5 Mn to US$ 1.2 Mn. Also, managed total performance of US$100 Mn manufacturing operations with 92 employees. After her graduation in commerce she has completed her CPA from AICPA (US), CA from ICAI and CWA from ICWA. She uses her global work experience including her long stint in the US to assist the MD in creating, communicating, executing and sustaining strategic initiatives. |
Mr. Venkatesh Sankar : Vice President – APAC
His 20+ years of International Techno-Commercial experience in IT & ITES spreads extensively across domains ranging from Banking, Government, Airlines, Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom and Education. As VP – APAC he provides the regional strategy for APAC region. He is also responsible for the Analytics and Education practices of Exemplarr. His deep understanding of Technology and Outsourcing has established his credentials in Client Acquisition, Client Engagement, Delivery Management and establishing Global Strategic Alliances and Partner Networks across APAC region. Having covered the breadth of the ME (Middle East) Market operating from Dubai for 18+ years covering 11 countries in the GCC (Gulf Co-operation Council) and Levant region with an established client base of more than 140 corporate customers, delivering large and complex technology solutions. Before joining Exemplarr in 2011 Venkat was Practice Director – Public Sector with IMTAC ICT prior to which he was VP – Sales with Informatica (Middle East). |
Mr. Narayan Murugadoss : Vice President – Transition and Strategy
Narayan is an accomplished leader in Data and Content outsourcing services with about 15 years of rich and wide experience spanning across business including e-Publishing, e-Learning and Document Management Services for global customers from industries ranging from Printing, Publishing, Media, Financial Services, Healthcare, IT to Law firms. He has been a turnaround specialist who had grown teams from scratch to large teams in a very short period. He has handled transition of projects in all verticals of Exemplarr, across the globe. Since joining Exemplarr in 2003 he has held various positions managing Operations, Quality, Project Management, BPR, HR, Finance and Administration. Earlier during his stint as GM – Operations, he had played a vital role in delivering large & complex projects, creating a niche for Exemplarr in the outsourcing space. He has widely travelled in Asia Pacific, Europe and the USA with excellent offshore project management skills. He has a graduation in Mathematics and prior to Exemplarr he has worked with Vetri Software (I) Ltd (now HOV Services) and was a Lead responsible for setting there Pondicherry Unit Operations and he was later instrumental in setting the newspaper conversion division for Apex Covantage at their Chennai Unit. |
Mr. Dennis Ranjith : Head - Shared Services
Dennis is a highly skilled and innovative specialist with over 16 years of progressive experience in Consulting, Outsourcing, Operational Quality and IT Services environment. He has extensive International background and industry domain experience in the Information Technology, Banking and Financial Services, HealthCare, Insurance, Customer Contact and Shared Service Operations Centres. Dennis has handled varied process and technology operations from geographies across the globe and had worked extensively from the US, UK and Malaysia. Prior to Exemplarr, Dennis was Senior Vice President & Head of IT Service Centre (for America's, South Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Europe) for the Standard Chartered Group. He started his career in Nittany Decision Services, a company which was among the first few pioneers in the IT/ITES outsourcing industry. Among his many highlights of his career, he has been responsible for transitioning and migrating multi services operations from over 50+ countries and has successfully effected change and improvement through program management and process driven execution. He subsequently visualized, designed and executed process re-engineering and stakeholder management programs. Some of these processes performance went on to be benchmarked at a global leadership level. Dennis has a Masters in Insurance Management and is also a Quality Black belt professional with many relevant industry certifications in IT and Operations to his credit. |
Mr. Brian Johnson : Director Sales US
Brian Johnson has nearly 25 years of successful sales and marketing experience in the offshore BPO industry, with an emphasis on e-publishing and legal solutions. Before joining Exemplarr Brian held sales and marketing positions with several firms offering offshore BPO services, including vice-presidential positions at OKS in Philadelphia and ASEC International, Los Angeles, a firm he co-founded. Brian and his wife, Laurie, live in Florida. |
Mr. Sylvester Arokiadoss : Head – Human Resources
He has 13+ years of experience in areas of Human Capital Management including Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Welfare in industries including IT –ITES, Manufacturing and Consulting. Having handled the full employee lifecycle in diverse environments, he specializes in multi skill resourcing, volume hiring, Compensation Management, Employee Relations and workforce development. His major career achievements are handling a Greenfield project successfully scaling from 0 to 300 in 6 months time while delivering all HR deliverables single handedly. Later as a Corporate HR Manager he was heading the India and Overseas Recruitment Operations. He has been instrumental in setting HR automation systems twice. He has a Masters in PM&IR and has pursued both his Graduation and Post Graduation from the illustrious Loyola College. |

Shylesh leads Exemplarr's Global Business Development team and is armed with more than twenty years of experience in Sales, Business Development and Business Management in India and International markets. His experience in Business Development, Business Growth Initiatives , Customer Retention, Sales Management spreads across multiple sectors like Pharmaceuticals, Light household consumer durables, IT/ITES and in strategic consulting business. His skill sets spans over institutional sales, C level, channel, direct and telephone across global markets. Shylesh brings to Exemplarr his client acquisition skills, client management skills in mature and emerging markets. His B2B selling experience at the C Level helps him act as a strategic business consultant . He is rich in his skills as a business growth professional with a good analytical and logical reasoning ability. Shylesh comes into Exemplarr from Frost and Sullivan, where he had spent close to 9 years in developing their development account strategy and development of their captive unit. He has held various titles and had different roles and responsibilities during his tenure there. He holds a Degree in Mathematics, Post-Graduation in Management and Certifications in Senior Management and Business Strategy. |
